Electricity occurs where charged particles transfer one energy form into another. Within an electric circuit, these charged particles are electrons that move through wires to convert stored energy into whatever the electrical appliance is designed to do, whether heating, cooling, making noise or lights, moving across a room… the opportunities are almost limitless!
